The software will check for and remove certain high severity malicious software "Malware" stored on your device during scheduled scans and when you select this action.
When the software checks your device for Malware, a report will be sent to Microsoft about any Malware detected or errors that occur while the software is checking for Malware, specific information relating to the detection, errors that occurred while the software was checking for Malware, and other information about your device that will help us improve this and other Microsoft products and services. No information that can be used to identify you is included in the report.
Potentially Unwanted Software. The software will search your computer for low to medium severity Malware, including but not limited to, spyware, and other potentially unwanted software "Potentially Unwanted Software".
The software will only remove or disable low to medium severity Potentially Unwanted Software if you agree. Removing or disabling this Potentially Unwanted Software may cause other software on your computer to stop working, and it may cause you to breach a license to use other software on your computer, if the other software installed this Potentially Unwanted Software on your computer as a condition of your use of the other software.
You should read the license agreements for other software before authorizing the removal of this Potentially Unwanted Software. By using this software, it is possible that you or the system will also remove or disable software that is not Potentially Unwanted Software. Upon initial installation, users will be opted-in by default to participate in MAPS under a Basic membership. Use of Information. We may use the computer information, error reports, CEIP information, and Malware reports, to improve our software and services. We may also share it with others, such as hardware and software vendors. They may use the information to improve how their products run with Microsoft software. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. Microsoft reserves all other rights. Entco may demand the omission from the Customer to use the software , if he is, despite an extension of time for relief , in not only insig- nificant breach of the license terms or other regulations for the protection of unauthorized use of the software.
Immediately upon termination , or in the case of a limited - term license , upon expira- tion, Customer will either destroy all copies of the software or return them to Entco, except that Customer may retain one copy for archival purposes only. The license for the Software and Documentation is effective on the shipment date of the Software and Documentation F.
Licensee may terminate the license for the Software and Documentation at any time after discontinuance of use of the Software and Documentation and all copies, upon written notice to Siemens. If Licensee i fails to comply with its obligations herein and does not cure such failure within ten 10 days after receipt of notice from Siemens, or ii attempts to assign this Schedule or any rights or obligations hereunder without Siemens prior written consent , then Siemens may terminate the license hereunder and require the immediate discontinuance of all use of the Software and Documentation and all copies thereof in any form , including modified versions and updated works.
Within five 5 days after the termination of the license , Licensee shall , at Siemens option either: i return to Siemens the Software and Documentation, and all copies, in any form, including updated versions , along with any computer media provided by Siemens ; or ii destroy the affected Software and Documentation, and all copies, in any form, including updated versions, and certify such return or destruction in writing to Siemens.
The term of the license provided hereunder commences upon shipment of the Appliance to Participant. EOHHS may terminate this HIE Service Addendum , in whole or in part, i if the Participant materially breaches this HIE Service Addendum and does not cure such material breach within thirty 30 calendar days after receipt of written notice of such breach; ii immediately following the failure to resolve the suspension of business , insolvency , institution of bankruptcy , liquidation proceedings by or against the Participant, appointment of a trustee or receiver for Participant's property or business, or any assignment , reorganization or arrangement by Participant for the benefit of its creditors ; iii immediately, in the event that the LAND Contractor determines that the Product may be infringing and that no commercially reasonable alternative product is available or, iv immediately if Participant is in a breach of the ownership , restricted use or confidential information sections herein or b the Participation Agreement is terminated.
